1. letter to the dean: anonymous ballots for dept head retention
2. Letter to the dean: request to have single banner for the combined college.
3. Convene a meeting or set of meetings to get info from Lou Gross, Susan Martin, the Association of Women's Faculty and the Union about what's being done about salaries.
4. letter to Tom George: the state of the chairs in many of our classrooms may be a legal liability.
