My Favorite Firefox extensions

My favorite Firefox extensions, in no particular order.
Flashblock
I love this. All those annoying Flash movies (most of which are ads) are replaced by a button that you have to click to make them play.
adblock
Removes ads from pages that you tell it to.
filterset updater
Let's someone else tell adblock what to block so that you don't have to. Once or twice it's blocked things in a confusing way.
web developer
If you do anything with web development ever, you should check this out.
viewSourcewith
Let's me edit textarea's with my favorite editor.
linkification
Makes things that should be clickable, clickable.
fasterfox
This seems cool. If nothing else, it tells you how long it takes each page to load.
customize google
I think this is good. I'm not quite sure what it does anymore. I think it's what lets Google searches guess what it is you want to search for. That's cool.
reveal
Not so sure about this one. It will let you, for instance, enlarge part of a page. Probably not a must-have
firefox showcase
This is sorta cool. It's sorta like that Mac OS X thing that shows you a thumbnail of each window. This shows you a thumbnail of each tab you have open.
Google Notebook
I'm still not entirely sure about whether I'm going to like this, but it looks pretty cool.

there is firefox extension called clipmarks that has solved a problem I often experience online. basically, i find the depth and breadth of content on any given page to be quite overwhelming. Often, I only want to save a specific piece of content on a given page without having to add the whole page to my favorites or make a bookmark.

clipmarks solves this problem by allowing me to clip and collect that specific piece of content. for example, I read a lot of blogs and often want to retain a specific post. with clipmarks, i simply clip, tag and save that specific post and now its super easy for me to reference later.

during the save process, i can choose to add my clips to my own private space on clipmarks.com or I can add to the public exchange at clipmarks.com. personally, I love this public exchange because it fosters a discussion based on what I have clipped and I am gaining tons of new perspectives there.

So now I have an easier way to manage the stuff I find online while enjoying stimulating conversations based what interests me. But be carefull, this public exchange becomes a very addicting forum…
